FAQs

How do I rent for my event?

We require a 50% non-refundable deposit and signed contract to reserve items for your date.  Final balance is due & payable 14 days before event.  Security deposit required in the form of a current credit card on file with contract until rentals are returned. Pricing is based on customer pick up and return of clean items.  Delivery & cleaning service may be available in some circumstances for additional charge.  Must be planned at time of contract.

How many place settings are available?

We can currently provide settings for approximately 180.  Silverplate flatware only – up to 250.

How long is the rental period?

Standard rental period is 24 hrs, however we will work with your schedule to ensure a smooth rental process.  

Is there a breakage policy?

Transporting of china & stemware must be done in a manner appropriate to keep items safe.  These vintage items are delicate and require cautious handling, however it is understood that accidents may happen.  General policy is a charge of 5x item rental rate for missing or damaged pieces. 

Can I cancel my contract?

Any cancellation order must be in writing and deposit is non-refundable.
